Adv Nandipha Ntsaluba is a graduate from University of South Africa where she graduated MBL and LLB . She is a graduate of University of Pretoria where she graduated her LLM in intellectual Property and cyber law with her dissertation focusing on the legislation that frames cyber security in South Africa. She also holds LLM in extractive industries from UP . As an author of the first South Africa Foresight 2020. She was the first female Durector of Defence Strategy and Planning providing oversight to  South African National Defence Force. She has established a legal practice Adv Nandipha Ntsaluba that focuses on International Law, online mediation , intellectual property law, cyber security as well as GDPR and POPIA implementation. She is a self publisher and author.
