Matthew is the current president of ISOC Liberia after serving in various capacities over the past six years. He is a fellow of the African Chapters Advocacy leadership conference of the Internet Society at the international level. He has completed courses in community networks, IoT, MANRS, and Internet governance obtaining certificates. He has manifested an ability of teaching at the university level in both business and information technology. He is a certified systems Engineer: MCPS, MCSA, MCITP, and MCTS. He holds an MBA, BSc in Accounting, and an advanced diploma in Systems Engineering (IT). He has worked on various strategies for cybersecurity, ccTLD, IXP, Networks and system Administrations, and Encryptions
