HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOU GO! 

We are looking forward to seeing you for the first in-person IGF-USA since 2019. We have a great program planned covering a wide range of essential topics. In this guide you'll find everything you need to know to make the most of the action-packed day.

This is a hybrid event with both in-person and virtual speakers and attendees. If you are attending in-person, please reference the safety reminder and protocols included at the bottom of this guide.

Participating Virtually

All IGF-USA 2022 sessions will be streamed on Livestream. You will find the link for each session's stream on the Schedule. You can also access those streams using the following links for each room:

The IGF-USA is intended to be interactive for attendees, so we encourage you to participate in the discussion and ask questions in the Livestream chat. We have enable the option for you to participate in the chat as a guest (instructions on using chat).

Please use your full name if joining as a guest. We reserve the right to disable this function if it is misused.

IGF-USA takes the risks associated when attending a live event during the COVID-19 pandemic very seriously. Participants agree to take full personal responsibility for themselves and agree to abide by the protocols You will not hold anyone else accountable, including IGF-USA, its staff or partners, should you contract an illness or should anything else happen to you during your participation in this event. Please notify IGF-USA immediately at if you have a confirmed case of COVID-19 within 2 days following the event: annette@amsmeetingssolutions.com.

SAFETY PROTOCOLS!

• If you are experiencing any symptoms, stay home and join us virtually.
• If you have had test positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days, DO NOT attend in-person UNLESS you have taken a test to confirm that you are negative.
• If you’ve come into close contact with someone with COVID-19, follow CDC Guidance.
• While the District of Columbia does not currently have a mask requirement, the CDC encourages the use of masks for indoor activities given the transmissibility of current COVID variants.  To facilitate, we will have masks available throughout the venue for your use.
